TREDCO delivers targeted programs and multi-sector projects to stimulate economic activity and support community resilience. All initiatives are developed through Working Groups comprised of Board members and community stakeholders.

Projects are tracked through annual plans and quarterly performance reports. Opportunities for community involvement are always available through Working Groups and consultations.
